1. 簡介奧巴馬健保法案(March 23, 2010)

• 擴大Medicaid 合格範圍（64歲以下）
• 主要針對個人individual 健保市場 (Medicare, Medicaid, Employer 保持不變) （Self employment, early retirement, small business employees）
• 取消preexisting condition
• Essential health benefits:

1. Ambulatory patient services. [outpatient care]
2. Emergency services.
3. Hospitalization. [inpatient care]
4. Maternity and newborn care
5. Mental health and substance use disorder services, including behavioral health treatment.
6. Prescription drugs.
7. Rehabilitative and habilitative services and devices.
8. Laboratory services
9. Preventive and wellness services and chronic disease management;
10. Pediatric services, including oral and vision care.

2. 介紹Covered California 以及最近拜登總統今年3月簽署的American Rescue Plan Act (Or Covid 19 Stimulus Package on March 11，2021) 對健保市場的影響

• 多家保險公司包括Kaiser，Blue Shield, Anthem Blue Cross, Healthnet
• 唯一可以申請資助的網站
• 今年申請期限到12月31日

講員介紹：魏海寧

北京師範大學心理系畢業，後來來美國讀研究生，心理學碩士畢業。2013年進入人壽和健康保險行業。至今已經幫助近兩百個家庭選擇人壽，長期護理，及健康保險，滿足他們在規劃退休及健康服務方面的需要。最近加入新希望華人癌症關懷基金會，爲提供癌友愛心服務與同事們一起努力。
